Catholic Relief Services is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. CRS' relief and development work is accomplished through programs of emergency response, HIV, health, agriculture, education, microfinance and peacebuilding.
Catholic Relief Services has a well-established Mid-Level Team and a solid base of donors giving at that level - as we define it - approximately $1K-$9,999K annually. Within this donor segment, there exists a tremendous opportunity to optimize the program even more to ensure the segment is working to its fullest potential. The Development Officer, Mid-Level Team will support the implementation of emerging growth strategies and the continuation of successful existing efforts to improve overall revenue and retention metrics from this key segment. This is a home-based position that will be part time of 25-28 hours a week.
The Development Officer, MLT is responsible for all efforts geared towards identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding mid-level donors in his/her portfolio. He/she will engage their donors directly through personalized communications (mail, emails and phone calls) that seek to deepen their relationship with the organization.

Internal: All Fundraising Units as well as Editorial, Graphic Services, Donor Services, Analytics and Mission & Mobilization
